Wedding Planning Executive

  • Meeting with the client couple to identify their proposed vision for the day, their practical requirements and their budget.
  • Building good relationships with the client couple so you can see the planning and vision from their perspective.
  • Offering creative ideas, themes and inspirations
  • Liaising and negotiating with wedding vendors
  • Maintaining calendars and diaries which outline the timeline to the big day and ensuring that diaried actions, such as paying deposits to secure services actually take place.
  • Maintaining detailed schedule, contact and budget records.
  • Being available on the day to orchestrate the event.

Hospitality Executive

  • Organize and coordinate with people and operations 
  • Supervise and oversee staff members
  • Manage budgets and expenditures
  • Develop and communicate standard operating procedures
  • Establish standards for customer service
  • Keep and update relevant documents and records 

Production Executive

  • Manage and motivate production staff to deliver exceptional work.
  • Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely execution.
  • Work with Managers to analyze client’s requirements and develop production tasks and schedule.
  • Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
  • Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize efficiency.
  • Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
  • Ensure that the event meets quality standards and customer specifications.

Designer

  • Create the theme and visual look of the wedding
  • Help combine the artistic vision with the reality of the couple’s budget and time constraints
  • Possess an understanding of how to use light, colors and textures within a specific space to create a desired effect
  • Stay current with industry trends by researching magazines and bridal shows

Intern

  • Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from several departments.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Perform research at a supervisor’s request.
  • Update social media platforms and write copy for posts.
  • Create images for social media posts.
