Himmat + Taranjot

With grand weddings come grand responsibilities. The UK based groom Himmat and his beautiful bride Taranjot wanted to create a desi experience for their guests flying down from London and different big cities of the world. But at the same time, they dearly wished their families to relish every bit of the festivities without worrying about the truckloads of work. That’s where we “The Wedding Connections” came into the picture, to handcraft their traditional destination wedding dotted with luxury, colours, and love.

The wedding was an extravagant affair comprising of the mehndi, sangeet, Sikh wedding ceremony followed by a gala dinner night. For the mehendi ceremony at front lawn in hotel Udaivilas, the planners worked on the Rajasthani theme with the main focus on ‘Panchranga’. Bright hues formed the decor pallet for this function with colourful embellishments, flowers, and trinkets.

The sangeet function at Crescent lawn in hotel Udaivilas was an eccentric mix of elegance and style set up at the regal lawns of the venue.

The wedding was slated to happen at a serene Gurudwara in Udaipur where The Wedding Connections team played with pastel shades to create an amorous aura. Right from the couple’s attire to the decorations, everything was planned as per the colour scheme. The bride and groom drove back in a beautifully donned vintage car after the wedding ceremony.

The Sufi-inspired reception dinner at The Promenade lawn of hotel Udaivilas saw the use of candles, fairy lights and red flowers which created a sublime tenor. Round the clock wedding hospitality and logistics services as well as artists and entertainment which were managed by well-trained in-house team of The Wedding Connections.

The grand venue decked with colours, flowers, and beautiful decor, dripped merriment from every inch. The clients were happy luxuriating and relishing the ritzy experience created by our team.
